Acetyl tetrapeptide-3 is a biomimetic peptide composed of four amino acids, primarily exerting its anti-hair loss and hair growth effects by targeting the repair of the follicular microenvironment and enhancing the extracellular matrix (ECM).  Its key therapeutic mechanisms include:

Anti-hair loss and hair anchoring (Anti-hair Loss & Hair Anchoring): This formulation specifically targets the epidermis-dermis junction (DEJ), significantly promoting the synthesis of laminin and collagen types III and VII, increasing follicular volume, and enhancing hair anchoring stability within the follicle, thereby effectively reducing hair loss caused by aging or mechanical stress.

Hair Growth Promotion: Activates hair papilla cells, stimulates cell proliferation, and facilitates the transition of hair follicles from the resting phase to the growth phase, resulting in denser and smoother hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes.

Resistance to DHT-induced damage and anti-inflammatory effects (Anti-DHT & Anti-inflammatory): Enhances the hair follicles' resistance to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), regulates the release of inflammatory factors, alleviates microinflammatory conditions on the scalp, and delays the progression of androgenetic alopecia.

Anti-aging and Skin Repair Products: Recommended concentration range is 0.05%–0.1%.  Suitable for anti-aging creams, serums, and sensitive skin repair products.
